Stephen Donald will captain Bath for the first time in Saturday's Amlin Challenge Cup fixture against Calvisano at Peroni Stadium.

Bath top Pool 4 with a maximum 15 points from their three matches, including a 67-11 win over Calvisano at The Recreation Ground last weekend.

Donald takes over at stand-off from Tom Heathcote and is joined in the half-backs by Michael Claassens, who replaces Mark McMillan.

Kyle Eastmond switches from the wing to form a new-look centre pairing alongside Ben Williams, with Tom Biggs replacing Eastmond out wide.

Simon Taylor comes in at blindside flanker and Josh Ovens moves across the back row into the number seven shirt.

Calvisano have lost all three of their matches in this season's competition and are conceding an average of 48 points per game.

The Italian side have made three changes to their starting XV; Alberto Bergamo replaces Pablo Canovosio on the wing, Michele Visentin comes in for Andy Vilk at outside centre and blindside flanker Gabriele Cicchinelli is preferred to Giacomo Brancoli.
