Gary Gold: Has brought in Alan Cotter on a short-term deal
Bath director of rugby Gary Gold has signed Young Munster prop Alan Cotter on a short-term deal.
Cotter, who played three times for London Irish earlier this season on a similar deal, will stay at the Rec until the end of the month.
Bath have lost Paul James and David Wilson to Wales and England duty respectively during the autumn internationals.
Cotter's first appearance for London Irish came against Bath at the Madejski Stadium, the Exiles' first victory of the season.
Young Munster chief Mike Prendergast said: "Alan Cotter has gone to Bath on a short-term deal. They have a couple of props involved in the autumn internationals."
Cotter, who has a development contract with Munster, has played for the province's 'A' side in the British and Irish Cup in recent seasons.
