Paul Bissonnette: Scored on his debut for Cardiff Devils
Paul Bissonnette marked his home debut with the final goal as Cardiff Devils beat Fife Flyers 4-0 in Elite League action on Sunday.
The Phoenix Coyotes player scored a short-handed marker in the third period to round off a fine night's work for the National Hockey League man.
Luke Piggott, Ben Davies (powerplay) and Chris Blight were also on target while Devils netminder Phil Osaer made 24 saves to register his first shut-out of the season.
Coventry Blaze edged past Hull Stingrays 2-1 at the Skydome - gaining quick revenge for their 4-2 Challenge Cup loss at Hull Arena 24 hours earlier.
Sam Smith and Shea Guthrie put Blaze 2-0 up inside seven minutes and the Blaze managed to keep the Stingrays at bay after Dominic Osman cut the deficit.
Dundee Stars produced four final-period goals to grab a 5-4 victory over Edinburgh Capitals with Tim Kraus netting the game-winning goal with just 53 seconds left on the clock.
Neil Hay and Rene Jarolin put Capitals 2-0 ahead only for Pat Bowen to pull one back.
Capitals' Marcis Zembergs and Stars player-coach Jeff Hutchins traded quickfire goals before Matt Baxter made it 3-3 on the powerplay.
Peter Holecko nudged Capitals ahead again but Sami Ryhanan and Kraus' first goal of the season saw Stars turn it around.
