France have called teenager Ben Garcia into a 23-man squad ahead of their clash with England on 3 November.
Victory over Steve McNamara's side at Hull KR's Craven Park would guarantee France a place in the final of the Autumn Series at Salford City Stadium eight days later.
Former Avignon forward Garcia paid his own way to Australia earlier this year to play club rugby for Brisbane club Wynnum Manly but his season was ended early by a broken arm.
Coach Aurelien Cologni has added his Jamal Fakir to the team that beat Wales 20-6 in Lens on Saturday - he missed that game through suspension.
Fakir's club team-mate Michael Simon will miss out after coming down with mumps.
Samy Masselot, Sebastien Planas, Damien Cardace and Julian Bousquet have also been called into Cologni's squad for a three-day training camp in Perpignan, but they are unlikely to make his final 19-man party.
