Jarrod Sammut: Delighted with new deal at Bradford
Australian half-back Jarrod Sammut has become the latest player to re-sign with Bradford Bulls since the club's new owners arrived.
The 25-year-old arrived at Odsal a year ago and was one of 17 players out of contract at the end of the season.
And following the recent financial problems at Bradford, Sammut is relieved to have signed a new two-year deal.
"When you know your future is secure you feel a lot more settled and at ease," Sammut said. "It's great to get something finalised and put pen to paper.
"I did have a few other options, which is always good to have up your sleeve, but my priority was always to stay at Bradford.
"I'm settled here and England is my home. I really enjoy playing in Super League and now I've signed a contract extension I'm looking forward to helping us getting back to being the dominant force we once were."
Prop Manase Manuokafoa and centre or second rower Chev Walker have also recently signed new contracts with the club.
