Hull KR are still without stand-off Blake Green and forwards Joel Clinton and Scott Murrell as they bid to keep their play-off hopes alive against the leaders.
Centre Jake Webster returns and Josh Hodgson, Graeme Horne and Liam Salter have all shaken off injuries picked up in the home defeat by Wakefield a fortnight ago.
Wigan scrum-half Thomas Leuluai is poised to make his comeback from the broken leg he suffered playing for the Exiles, probably from the bench, as the Warriors seek the win that would secure them the league leaders' shield.
Wigan head coach Shaun Wane told the club's website: "We have done a lot of work in preparation for winning this game. It is really, really important. We want top spot and that league leaders' shield. It is in our control.
"If we win the game we will get it. It would be great to do that and the week after we play St Helens at home and we can get it presented then.
"I want it done and dusted this weekend. We have got a lot of players coming back so the competition for places is the best it's been for quite a few months.
"But if we don't turn up and don't concentrate we will be under the pump and in with a chance of losing the game."
Hull KR squad: Salter, Cox, Lovegrove, Horne, Netherton, O'Hara, Mika, Galea, Webster, J Hodgson, Paea, Sheriff, Hall, Dobson, Latus, Peterson, Withers, Taylor, D Hodgson.
Wigan squad: Carmont, Charnley, Farrell, Finch, Flower, Goulding, Hansen, Hock, Hughes, Lauaki, Lima, Leuluai, McIlorum, Mossop, O'Loughlin, Powell, Richards, Smith, S Tomkins.
