Shaun Wane: Has imposed an alchohol ban on his Warriors players
Wigan coach Shaun Wane insists his players will not be celebrating anything until after the Grand Final on October 6.
The Warriors could clinch the league leaders' shield on Sunday with a victory over Hull KR at New Craven Park.
Wigan conclude their league campaign against arch rivals St Helens next week and Wane does not want his players to end the season with their feet up.
The DW Stadium club have been the team to beat this season and Wane believes giving up booze prior to the October showpiece final will be a small sacrifice.
"It's a short turnaround until the St Helens game on the Friday, and then the play-offs - there's no alcohol until after the Grand Final now," he told the Wigan Observer.
"It's not a big deal, we want to give ourselves the best chance and it's a small sacrifice to make."
