Batsman Darren Bravo and all-rounder Andre Russell have returned to the West Indies squad for the World Twenty20.

Both players missed the Twenty20 series win over New Zealand in Florida but are fit to take part in the Sri Lanka tournament, which starts on 18 September.

Bravo missed that American adventure after head home from the earlier tour of England with a groin injury.

Russell missed the two T20 games against the Black Caps Zealand in Florida due to an injury he had picked up in England, but played the one-day series in the Caribbean which followed.

The squad, led by Darren Sammy, is otherwise the same as the one that won the Florida series 2-0.

West Indies play a warm-up game against the hosts on 13 September, before taking on Australia in their first game of the tournament on 22 September.

Squad: D Sammy (capt), Dwayne Bravo (vice-capt), S Badree, Darren Bravo, J Charles, F Edwards, C Gayle, K Pollard, S Narine, D Ramdin (wkt), R Rampaul, A Russell, M Samuels, L Simmons, D Smith.
