Huddersfield forward Eorl Crabtree is keen for the Giants to continue their momentum heading in the Super League play-offs.

The club started the season in fine form only to suffer a mid-season dip in form that ultimately cost coach Nathan Brown his job.

The Giants have been notoriously slow finishers in recent campaigns, however, back-to-back wins means they are two points behind third-placed St Helens with four Super League games remaining.

"It's important you hit your best form at this stage of the year, and the signs are looking really promising on that front right now."

Paul Anderson is slowly but surely stamping his authority on the team and Crabtree believes anything is possible providing the team finish the regular season with their tails up.

Momentum

"I think the biggest thing now is building momentum," he told the Huddersfield Examiner.

"We've won a couple of games and we're learning and adapting our style of play to suit the new system that's in place.

"We're also enjoying everything we're doing and, hopefully, we can take that on into the last few games, gain some momentum and have a good run in the play-offs.
