Anthony Gelling: Named in the Exiles squad

Exiles coach Daniel Anderson has been forced to shuffle his injury-hit pack for next Wednesday's return game against England at Huddersfield.

He has named a 25-man squad, including Wigan winger Anthony Gelling, in order to cater for further injuries this weekend.

Anderson has drawn his squad from 11 of the 14 Super League clubs and restricted his selection to no more than three from any one club in order to reduce the workload on players who will be expected to back up on the following weekend.

Anderson said: "It is conceivable that, with the short turn-around from the games this weekend, some players won't be available.

"We've attempted to satisfy some of the requests from clubs in a difficult period. There are no more than three players from any club, which accounts for many of the changes from game one.

"Also, many of the more mature members of the squad have found it challenging on their bodies to get ready when faced with three games in seven days."

Anderson is hoping Warrington full-back Brett Hodgson will recover in time from injury to reclaim the captaincy from Wigan's Thomas Leuluai, who broke a leg in the opening game.

Exiles squad: A Gelling (Wigan), A Kaufusi (London Broncos), B Galea (Hull KR), B Hodgson (Warrington, capt), D Holdsworth (Salford), D Millard (Catalan Dragons), D Faiumu (Huddersfield), D Fa'alogo (Huddersfield), E Lauaki (Wigan), F Meli (St Helens), H L'Estrange (Bradford), J Webster (Hull KR), J Chan (Huddersfield), J Monaghan (Warrington), J Moon (Salford), K Leuluai (Leeds), L Hohaia (St Helens), M Robertson (London Broncos), M Dobson (Hull KR), S Dureau (Catalan Dragons), S Soliola (St Helens), S Menzies (Catalan Dragons), T Waterhouse (Warrington), V Mellars (Wakefield), W Manu (Hull).
