Man-of-the-match Stuart Broad wore a huge smile after helping England seal a 319-run victory over India in the second Test at Trent Bridge.
Broad scored 108 runs and took eight wickets - including a first-innings hat-trick - as England recovered from 124-8 on day one to storm to victory inside four days.
"It's pleasing but it was a great team performance and we're delighted to go 2-0 up. The wickets were nice, they were hard to come by in the first half of the season," said Broad.
"I've found a fuller length and it's paid off, and I'll look to do that in the next couple of Tests.
"But I think the 60 runs when we were in trouble was pleasing as well - a bit of fun with (Graeme) Swanny. We never need encouragement to have a bit of a slog, it was important we upped the scoring rate and showed that positive intent."
Tim Bresnan, who scored a second-innings 90 and took his first five-for, said: "It was a decent spell in the middle there. It's nice to get runs but the five-for was special."
