All Blacks head coach Graham Henry has added Zac Guildford and Alby Mathewson to his squad for the Tri-Nations clash with South Africa in Wellington.

With fitness doubts over Richard Kahui, Joe Rokocoko and Jimmy Cowan following the 32-12 victory over the Springboks in Auckland, winger Guildford and half-back Mathewson have been called up as cover.

Kahui has injured his right shoulder, Rokocoko suffered a hamstring strain and Cowan has an abdominal injury.

And Henry explained: "Richard will have further medical tests on his shoulder this week to assess the seriousness of the injury but he will definitely be unavailable for the second Test.

"Also, with the injuries to Joe and Jimmy, we thought it prudent to bring in Zac and Alby as cover."
