Dhoni: Ready as ever
India have announced their 15-man squad for the scheduled two-Test series against England in December.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni will lead the squad, which contains the as yet untried slow left-armer Pragyan Ojha.
The explosive Yuvraj Singh, who hit two centuries against Kevin Pietersen's men in the first two One-Day Internationals, is also included after being overlooked for the Test series against Sri Lanka.
Harbhajan Singh and Amit Mishra are the frontline spinners meanwhile, but left-arm seamer RP Singh has missed out.
Chennai is set to stage the first Test from December 11, while Mohali is the venue for the second Test from December 19 although the tour still remains in doubt.
England are set to warm-up in Abu Dhabi ahead of their return to India although security concerns continue to shroud the series following terrorist attacks in and around England's base in Mumbai at the end of November.
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is set to firm up its stance on the series on Sunday.
India squad: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (captain), Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, Vangipurappu Laxman, Yuvraj Singh, Amit Mishra, Zaheer Khan, Ishant Sharma, Harbhajan Singh, Subramaniam Badrinath, Munaf Patel, Murali Vijay, Pragyan Ojha.
