Somerset extended their lead at the top with victory over Notts.

Somerset completed the task of knocking off the required runs without losing further wickets to secure the points at Trent Bridge.
Needing 62 to claim the win and extend their lead at the top, Cameron White (47 not out) and Ian Blackwell (28no) scored the runs in 44 minutes on Saturday morning.
Any hopes Notts had of a Somerset collapse were ended when burly left-hander Blackwell hit Nadeem Malik for three fours in the fourth over of the day.
Stephen Fleming rotated his bowlers in a vain attempt to create some pressure, but Blackwell then hit Samit Patel for two more boundaries, while White closed out the match with a straight six and a four off the slow bowler's next over.
Day Three
Somerset require a further 62 runs to extend their lead at the top of the division despite an unbeaten century from Nottinghamshire's David Hussey.
The Australian signed off for the season with 108 not out but could not prevent his side from being skittled for 279, countryman Cameron White taking 4-37. Hussey shared a stand of 66 with Stephen Fleming either side of lunch before the latter edged Andy Caddick behind.
Chris Read made 37 before becoming one of White's victims - the Aussie picking up four of the last five wickets to fall.
Set 178 to win the visitors reached 116-4 - Marcus Trescothick and Neil Edwards making 35 in the first seven overs as they sniffed victory - before the former foolishly ran himself out.
Graeme Swann found Edwards' edge with his first ball as the visitors limped to the close of play.
Day Two
Cameron White fired a super century as Somerset grabbed a first innings lead against Notts at Trent Bridge.
The Australian smashed 124 from 187 balls for his fifth century of the summer as Somerset eclipsed Notts' first innings score from piling on 452 all out on the second day.
Peter Trego also hit 67 while Ian Blackwell made 58, and Marcus Trescothick falling just one run short of a half century.
Graeme Swann took four wickets for Nottinghamshire but they still trailed by 102 as they started their second innings, and they reached nine without loss at stumps.
Day One
Stephen Fleming struck a magnificent century to help rescue Nottinghamshire after a middle order collapse against Somerset.
The home captain made 145 out of a first innings total of 350 in the battle between the top two in the division at Trent Bridge.
Notts had at one stage appeared on course for much more when Fleming and Mark Wagh (51) moved the score along to 151-2.
However, Andy Caddick bowled the visitors back into the contest when he dismissed Wagh and David Hussey in successive balls.
The veteran paceman also got rid of Fleming to finish with 4-69, though not before the New Zealander had managed to boost the final score by putting on 83 for the 10th wicket with loan signing Nadeem Malik.
Somerset's reply saw them reach 83-1, Marcus Trescothick finishing unbeaten on 43.
Neil Edwards (31) was the only wicket to fall when he cut Graeme Swann straight to cover with just four overs left in the day.
