Mellon: Shrewsbury fearless

Boss Micky Mellon has insisted Shrewsbury hold no fear going to Leicester and can be a "massive" threat.

The League Two side go to their Barclays Premier League hosts in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday with Mellon bullish about their chances. Town beat Mellon's former club Blackpool in the first round and the manager will throw the shackles off his team again at the King Power Stadium. "We're going there with no fear and to try and get a result," Mellon told the club's official website. "We'll express ourselves and if we get it right we'll be a massive threat to Leicester. "It's a fantastic game. You can't let these moments pass you by and not want to go and take part in them. It's a great opportunity for us to go toe to toe with a Premier League club in a Premier League arena. "What more could you want on a Tuesday night underneath the floodlights? "We've got to embrace and enjoy the occasion, and make sure we take part in it."
