Doumbia's history suggests he guarantees one thing - goals.

Having burst to prominence as the top scorer in his homeland with Denguele back in 2005, the striker was quickly on the move to Japan and has since enhanced his reputation yet further in the Swiss Super League.

The top scorer in each of the last two seasons while at Young Boys, he was also Player of the Year in 2008/09 and will officially join Russian giants CSKA Moscow at the end of the tournament after signing a pre-contract deal.

He made his international debut for Ivory Coast against Japan in May 2008 and netted his first goal against Germany last year.
