England Goal Attack Pamela Cookey looks set to earn her 100th cap against Trinidad and Tobago on Friday night, live on Sky Sports.

The shooter helped her side Surrey Storm lift the Superleague title last month and put in a Player of the Match performance against T&T in the first Test.

All this comes after a difficult six months for Cookey who, at the 2014 Superleague finals, suffered a ruptured Achilles which prevented her from being a part of England's Commonwealth Games squad last summer.

Cookey's recovery has been remarkable given the time frame and now the 30-year-old is back to playing at the top of world Netball and is close to putting her name in the record books.

Few players have reached such a milestone with so little years on the clock. England's record appearance holder is Kendra Slawinski with 128, a number achievable for Cookey if she continues with this form and remains fit.

Cookey is likely to be a part of interim Head Coach Tracey Neville's squad which travel to Sydney for this summer's Netball World Cup where she'll get further chances to add to her cap collection against the world's best.

Sky Sports will show all of England Netball's three-game Test Series with Trinidad & Tobago exclusively live this May.
