Sunrisers Hyderabad continued their excellent start to the Indian Premier League season with a Super Over win against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
After the scores finished level, Sunrisers batsman Cameron White hit two straight sixes as Vinay Kumar conceded 20 runs from the extra six deliveries.
And that proved just enough as Dale Steyn took the ball and conceded 15 runs against Royal Challengers batsmen Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli.
Kohli had earlier top scored with 46 as the Royal Challengers made a total of 130-8 after opting to bat first. The Sunrisers' India international fast bowler Ishant Sharma claimed figures of 3-27.
Hanuma Vihari hit 44 not out but the Sunrisers finished on 130-7 in reply after only managing to get six of the seven runs they required from Kumar's final over.
The Sunrisers, who replaced Deccan Chargers as Hyderabad's IPL franchise this year, are the early leaders after winning their opening two games.
