Kevon Cooper helped propel Rajasthan Royals to a thrilling five run victory against the Delhi Daredevils at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium.
The hosts were cruising to the target of 166 thanks in large to David Warner's impressive knock of 77 before Cooper swung the game in the Royals' favour.
When Australian Warner was dismissed, the Daredevils could only add a further seven runs to their tally as Rajasthan avenged last year's loss at the same venue.
West Indian Cooper was the calmest man on the field as he picked up two of his three wickets in the final over for the loss of just three runs.
Royals skipper Rahul Dravid led from the front as he slammed 40-ball fifty and was involved in two half-century partnerships on his way to 65, while Stuart Binny smashed two fours and three sixes in his 20 balls stay at the crease for 40.
Daredevils pacer Umesh Yadav helped stage a late comeback as his side conceded only six runs in the last two overs and scalped four wickets including the prized wicket of Dravid as the Royals closed in 165-7 after 20 overs.
The home side's response was instant as Warner made his knock from 56 balls in an innings which included nine fours and one six, before being run out by a superb piece of fielding from stand-in skipper Brad Hodge.
Unmukt Chand was clean bowled by medium pacer Shanthakumaran Sreesanth for 23, before Sri Lanka skipper Mahela Jayawardene was dismissed by a stunning flying catch from the athletic Ajinkya Rahane for 19 from the bowling of Rahul Shukla.
Manprit Juneja then came on to make a quick-fire 20 before being taken by a running catch in the outfield by Hodge.
Andre Russell and Johan Botha were next to go as Cooper took charge, with Irfan Pathan and his partner Naman Ojha failing to make an impact in the final over.
