Wesley Ward could be looking at another raid on the big prizes in France
Last year's Prix Morny winner No Nay Never could return to France for the Prix de l'Abbaye.
The Scat Daddy colt created a big impression in winning the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot last summer before heading to France to win the Group One which contained subsequent top level-winning fillies Vorda and Rizeena.
No Nay Never has only run once since, when second at Gulfstream Park over seven furlongs, after which plans to return to Royal Ascot were scratched.
"There are some options for No Nay Never in the fall at Saratoga," said trainer Wesley Ward.
"We might consider going back to France for the Abbaye with him, I'll have to see what the owners say.
"He can handle softer ground, I wouldn't be worried about that.
"The day he won the Morny last year the track had a big dousing of rain on it.
"He'll certainly be given the option, anyway."
