Moonrise Landing will bid to improve on Ralph Beckett's excellent record in the Betfred Mobile Sports Oaks Trial at Lingfield.

The Kimpton trainer has taken this Listed contest twice, with Kayah in 2007 and Secret Gesture 12 months ago, and also sent out Look Here to finish second in the 20008 renewal before going on to land the Oaks at Epsom.

Of his three Oaks Trial entries this year, Beckett intends to be represented by Moonrise Landing, who made a winning debut over a mile and a quarter on Lingfield's Polytrack in March.

He also has put in recent Windsor winner Honor Bound and Sandown debut scorer Kallisha, but has yet to decide if either of those will take their chance.

"A lot will depend on the weather. Moonrise Landing will run. I don't know about the other two, we'll see how we get on," said Beckett.

David Simcock has also made three entries - Madame Chiang, Momentus and Uchenna - while Andrew Balding has given the engagement to Casual Smile, a daughter of his 2003 Oaks heroine Casual Look.

Sir Michael Stoute's sole representative is Kempton debut scorer Queen's Prize, who has an Oaks entry and is owned by the Queen.

Others among the 16 possibles include John Gosden's Criteria and the Ed Dunlop-trained Island Remede.
