Ferdy Murphy praised his gallops man for ensuring the steep Eurotrack all-weather remained open this morning despite an inch and a half of snow at West Witton.

James Reveley was on hand to assist as 50 horses went through their paces up the steep strip.

The jockey reported that the surface rode 'like a carpet'.

DIVERS is bursting for a run, and the former Cheltenham Festival winner looked in great shape as he traversed the gallop twice.

Murphy is considering letting the gelding run over hurdles at Musselburgh on February 2 before pointing him towards the 2013 Festival.

RIGUEZ DANCER and DE BOITRON are being aimed at Doncaster's Sky Bet Chase at the end of the month and they both excelled in similar work.

Riguez Dancer is reported to have gone particularly well.

BADGER'S RETREAT looked on top of his game as he worked in preparation for a switch to a novices' handicap chase next time.

Murphy is looking for an opportunity for the highly-regarded GOING WRONG who also moved stylishly in a half-speed spin.

BALDING BANKER is as consistent as a Swiss watch and he moved like a dream ahead of a possible trip to Leicester.

LORD VILLEZ appears to have come out of his run in the North Yorkshire National well, while POKER DI SIVOLA is awaiting his chance in one of the valuable staying handicap chases.
