Moviesta, last seen when finishing an unlucky third in Prix de l'Abbaye, is the headline act at Doncaster Bloodstock's Horses-In-Training Sales on November 4.
Trained by Bryan Smart, the four-year-old Hard Spun gelding won the Group Two King George Stakes at Glorious Goodwood last season and was narrowly beaten in the same race in July.
He was only beaten a length by Sole Power in the Nunthorpe at York before his unfortunate experience at Longchamp.
Part-owned by by Queen's Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp, along with football agent Will Salthouse and Ritchie Fiddes, Moviesta is scheduled to be lot 154 of 240 horses going through the ring.
Explaining the decision to sell, Fiddes said: ``He's being sold to dissolve the partnership. He's still to reach his peak, I believe, and I'm sure he's capable of winning a Group One.
``I'd be amazed if there aren't a lot of people interested in him, from overseas and here.''
