Deputy Dan could pay a visit to Newbury on Sunday with trainer Oliver Sherwood still to make a decision about his Cheltenham Festival target.
After winning on the Welsh National card, Deputy Dan went on to Grade Two honours at Warwick on January 11.
"I'm going to bring a couple here on Sunday, but I don't want to bottom them by asking them to do too much on this ground," said Sherwood.
"I'd just like him to get in the box and have a day away as he hasn't had a run for a few weeks.
"I apologise to anyone doing ante-post betting but it will be a last minute decision for Cheltenham - he's in the Neptune and the Albert Bartlett and will be left in both."
