Lingfield will stage a jumpers' bumper card on Wednesday after the turf races over jumps were abandoned on Monday morning.
Officials at the Surrey venue had the all-weather track as a back-up following a raft of recent abandonments due to waterlogging.
An inspection found parts of the turf circuit still unsafe for racing, with more rain also forecast.
Clerk of the course Neil Mackenzie Ross tweeted: "With more rain forecast and areas of unsafe ground we have had to abandon the turf races @LingfieldPark on Wednesday. Bumper card now activated."
