Ireland's racing and equestrian weekly newspaper claims the former Alain de Royer-Dupre-trained filly has joined the Ballydoyle ranks, which will give O'Brien no less than four individual Classic winners with which to go to war next term.
Chicquita would join the likes of St Leger hero Leading Light, Irish 2,000 Guineas winner Magician, Epsom Derby victor Ruler Of The World and top American recruit Verrazano.
The four-year-old was sold for 6million euro at Goffs last November, with bloodstock agents Peter and Ross Doyle signing for the daughter of Montjeu.
It has not been announced who is the new owner of the filly.
