The Levy Board Warwick Mares' Hurdle Race will be the first event of an eight-race card on Betfred Classic Chase day.
It will be re-opened and entries close at noon on Wednesday.
Sulekha Varma, clerk of the course at Warwick, said: "It was obviously disappointing that Sandown Park were forced to abandon their fixture last Saturday but we are pleased that the Listed mares' race has been rescheduled to take place at Warwick.
"The race will be a great addition to our already strong card and we're looking forward to seeing some talented mares at the track. We're grateful to the Levy Board and BHA for their support."
The news was gratefully received by Tim Vaughan, trainer of the hat-trick-seeking Hidden Identity, who tweeted: "Delighted the Listed mares' race is being rearranged @WarwickRaces this Saturday. Hidden Identity is raring to go for Paul Bowtell."
