The Sir Michael Stoute-trained colt was beaten a short head on his debut at Ascot in September and had little trouble in justifying odds-on favouritism on his sole subsequent outing at Newmarket later that month.
Owned by Highclere Thoroughbred Racing, the son of Galileo is Stan James' joint-favourite at 5-1 for the premier Classic, in company with Aidan O'Brien's Kingsbarns.
Highclere tweeted: "Telescope worked very well this morning. Could reappear in a mile conditions race at Sandown on April 26 over a mile followed by the Dante."
