Tuesday's meetings at Lingfield and Ayr have been given the green light.
An inspection had been called at Lingfield for 8am with the chase course waterlogged in places on Monday, but a positive decision was able to be made earlier.
Clerk of the course Neil Mackenzie Ross tweeted: "Racing goes ahead today. Heavy, wet ground on the chase course. Dry and cold day forecast, 2C. Going Stick 4.1".
The fixture, featuring six chases and an all-weather bumper, is scheduled to start at 1.50.
Ayr also cancelled their planned inspection - officials had been concerned about the threat of sub-zero temperatures overnight.
But clerk of the course Emma Marley tweeted: "Racing goes ahead 0c o'night. Heavy, soft in places - forecast is dry with sunny spells reaching +4c #noinspection".
A seven-raced card is due to start at 1.50.
