Market principal Far West heads 58 entries revealed on Thursday for the Cheltenham Festival's juvenile championship contest, the JCB Triumph Hurdle.

The unbeaten Far West is one of six possible runners from the stable of champion trainer Paul Nicholls, who has also put in Irish Saint, second in last weekend's Triumph Trial at Cheltenham, with Sametegal, Caid Du Berlais, Lac Fontana and Brinestine. Neither of the last two named are yet to see a hurdle in public.

Far West was usurped at the top of the market in many lists by Nicky Henderson's French import Rolling Star who beat Irish Saint last week.

The Seven Barrows trainer has won the Triumph Hurdle five times and his other entries are Alexandre Six, Courtesy Call, Megalypos and Vasco du Ronceray.

John Ferguson, who has made a number of interesting entries in the novice hurdles, has put in Chepstow winner Ruacana and Bordoni, who was clear when running out at the second-last flight at Ludlow earlier this month.

Diakala and Dogori are two strong-looking entries from the seven put in by Irish champion Willie Mullins. There are 15 possible contenders from Ireland in total with Dessie Hughes' Our Conor prominent among the remainder.
