The Grade One contest changes places with the Ryan's Event Cleaners Beginners Chase run over the same trip of two miles and one furlong.
In another change, the Listed Solerina Mares Novice Hurdle, which should have been run at Fairyhouse last weekend, has been transferred to Leopardstown's Sunday card. Fresh entries for this race will close at noon on Wednesday.
Leopardstown chief executive Pat Keogh said: "We have made this decision early to give as much time as possible to owners and trainers to make their arrangements.
"The decision was made to ensure that we were able to run the Frank Ward Solicitors Arkle Novice Chase over the weekend.
"With all the uncertainty over the weather we have decided to err on the side of caution."
Just six horses remain in the race following Tuesday's declaration stage. The Willie Mullins-trained Arvika Ligeonniere is going for a Grade One hat-trick after winning the Drinmore and Racing Post Novice Chase. Mullins has also left in Craddockstown Novice Chase scorer Twinlight.
Oscars Well, trained by Jessica Harrington, could again take on the likely favourite, despite having been brushed aside by Arvika Ligeonniere at Leopardstown over Christmas. Stablemate Burn And Turn could also take her chance. Tony Martin has left in Benefficient, while Klepht completes the contenders.
