Rebecca Curtis has revealed that Teaforthree is on track to line up in the Coral Welsh National following his run in the Hennessy Gold Cup.

The Pembrokeshire handler is delighted that her Cheltenham Festival hero has taken his exertions at Newbury, where he was sixth to Bobs Worth, in tremendous form.

She is now looking forward to the Chepstow marathon on December 27.

"He should run really well. He loves it round there and loves the soft ground, he jumps brilliant," Curtis told At The Races.

"He's come out of the Hennessy really well. I don't think he got too hard a race. That is sometimes a worry in the Hennessy. He's bouncing at home and we're all set for it hopefully."
