Damien Oliver is set to appear before Racing Victoria stewards in Flemington on Tuesday where he will face two charges.

Oliver, who has been stood down pending next week's inquiry, has admitted to betting on a rival horse, according to reports in Australia.
Racing Victoria have confirmed Oliver had made admissions to stewards about placing a10,000 bet on Miss Octopussy, the winner of a race at Moonee Valley in October 2010.
Oliver, who was sixth on second-favourite Europa Point, is also charged with having in his possession, and using, a mobile phone in the jockeys' room prior to the race.
