Saturday afternoon's meeting at Leicester has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.
Clerk of the course Jimmy Stevenson assessed conditions at 7am but found false patches of ground as well as waterlogging.
He said: "We have had to abandon. We had one millimetre of rain overnight but the track has not recovered as well as we had hoped.
"There is more rain around today so we've got no option but to abandon."
Hexham on
Meanwhile the meeting at Hexham is set to go ahead after the track passed an 8am inspection.
Clerk of the course James Armstrong reports the track to be raceable but will be closely monitoring the weather over the coming hours.
"Racing goes ahead for the time being," he said.
"We are just keeping an eye on conditions. The ground is very heavy but it is dry at the moment. We are keeping watching brief on the weather."
