Sprinter Sacre will be given the star billing in the John Smith's Maghull Novices' Chase at Aintree on Saturday.
The race was reopened yesterday after insufficient entries but there are now 10 possible rivals to Nicky Henderson's imposing six-year-old who remains unbeaten over fences and barely came out of second gear when winning the Arkle at Cheltenham.
Al Ferof, who lost all chance in the Arkle with a mid-race blunder, could take him on again for Paul Nicholls who may also field Toubab.
Australia Day has been entered by Paul Webber, while Menorah, third in the Arkle, could run for Philip Hobbs.
Venetia Williams is poised to step Pepite Rose up in class and this is one of two Grade One options for the mare at the meeting.
Astracad, Kudo Country, Kumbeshwar and Lancetto complete the entries.
