The Ger Lyons-trained Cheveley Park Stakes winner Lightening Pearl will have her Classic credentials tested if she runs in the Leopardstown 1,000 Guineas Trial Stakes after appearing among 17 entries.
She provided the trainer with his first Group One triumph last autumn and runs in the colours of Pearl Bloodstock, who sponsor the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket under the Qipco banner.
The impressive Rockfel Stakes winner Wading is the most eyecatching of Aidan O'Brien's numerous entries with After, Homecoming Queen, Ishvana, Soon, and Up other possibles to represent Ballydoyle.
John Oxx has entered Rubina, Kevin Prendergast can chose from Bulbul and Redoubtable, while David Wachman's Fire Lily is another possible.
Ralph Beckett's Electrelane is the sole British entry, and was fourth in a Listed race in France when last seen.
