Richard Lee's decent novice hurdler Knock A Hand has been handed two options at Aintree later in the week.
He holds an entry in Thursday's Grade Three Silver Cross Handicap Hurdle, sponsored by his owner, Alan Halsall while his other option is the Grade One Sefton Novices' Hurdle on Friday, which would represent a big step up in class but arguably looks less competitive, on paper at least.
"I'm still not sure which race Knock A Hand will run in yet," said Lee.
"He's in the three-mile Grade One novice hurdle and also the Silver Cross Handicap Hurdle on Thursday.
"His owner sponsors the Silver Cross race so he might want to run in that but I haven't spoken to him yet as he's away on business.
"He's a lovely horse and could be the best I've had for a while. I love his attitude, he sticks his ears back and just gallops.
"He's a lovely horse to deal with, you don't know you've got him at home, he's quiet as a mouse."
