Gary Moore: High hopes for Doncaster runner after his Kempton win
Gary Moore expects his recent Kempton winner Fruity O'Rooney to run a big race in Saturday's Sky Bet Chase at Doncaster.
The nine-year-old made is six pounds higher for his win over Christmas but the trainer feels he can cope with his revised mark.
"He's in at Doncaster and will run there, all being well," he said.
"Going up 6lb is fair enough as he won well at Kempton. It's a competitive race, but he's in good heart and has had a nice time between races.
"He's now on 140, so these are the only sort of races he can run in. Hopefully the key to him is running at left-handed tracks. I think he'll go well at the weekend."
