Nicky Henderson is pleased with Quantitativeeasing going into Saturday's Spinal Research The Atlantic 4 Gold Cup at Cheltenham.
JP McManus' charge is favourite for the race having split Great Endeavour and Divers in the Paddy Power Gold at Prestbury Park last month.
Both of those rivals are set to reoppose on Saturday but Henderson told Sky Sports News Radio: "He was great in November, he ran very, very well and finished his race well. It didn't bottom him or anything like that and he's fresh and well again.
"Divers always looked very well handicapped and beat us at the Festival last year but hopefully the handicapper is catching up with him and he's given us a chance against Great Endeavour too. It's the obvious objective for my horse and he seems well in himself.
"This is his trip, two-and-a-half to an easy three is perfect for him," the trainer added of the 6-1 market leader with Sky Bet.
