Mick Halford will consider several factors before deciding where his star sprinting mare Invincible Ash will run next.

The four-year-old had been running with credit at the Dubai track of Meydan all year in handicaps, but took a big step forward to finish fourth in the Al Quoz Sprint, beaten just half a length, in Group Two company.

"She's come home safe and sound and she looks amazing, so we're delighted with her," said Halford.

"It was a wonderful run and a great effort. We'll have a chat with the owners and see where we go next.

"I think we'll be looking at the better sprints for her. When she gets her favoured fast ground, everything will be an option."
