Day three highlights of the Sanderson Farms Championship in Mississippi

American John Rollins will take a two-shot lead into the final round of the Sanderson Farms Championship after carding a four-under 68 on Saturday in Mississippi.

Rollins has three PGA Tour victories to his name, the last at the 2009 Reno-Tahoe Open, but has slumped to 467th on the world rankings.

The 39-year-old from Virginia got up and down from 30 yards at the last for a par to finish on 14 under and stay two shots clear of his fellow countryman William McGirt.

Rollins started the day tied for the lead with David Toms and had five birdies and a solitary bogey at the sixth.

Former US PGA champion Toms struggled to a level par 72 but a 20-foot curling birdie putt at the last kept him just four shots off the pace heading into Sunday.

McGirt shot a 66 to move up into second place, the same score as Jason Bohn, who is tied for third alongside Lucas Glover on 11-under.
