The spectacular Monterey Peninsular is the location for one of the oldest tournaments on the PGA Tour calendar.

The event was first held in 1937 in another part of California, before it moved to its current location 10 years later and has remained there ever since.

A popular pro-am played over three courses - Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill and Monterey's Shore Course - the competitors enjoy 18 holes at each venue over the opening three days of competition before the top 60 and ties contest the final round at Pebble.
