The PGA Tour returns to Crooked Stick for the first time in 21 years, when it hosts this week's BMW Championship. The Indiana course was the venue for John Daly's famous first Major title - the PGA Championship - back in 1991. This Pete Dye construction was competed in 1967 and no two consecutive holes run in the same direction. And, on Thursday, the third leg of the four-tournament Fed-Ex Cup play-off series tees-off in Carmel. Seventy pros remain in the hunt to claim the FedEx Cup crown of 2012 and, at the half-way stage of this year's play-off series, Rory McIlroy holds a 1,331-point advantage over Nick Watney. So who's taking part this week? Jason Dufner: Has been there or thereabouts in most of the tournaments he has competed in this season and is capable of challenging on any course. Sergio Garcia: After a week's rest, the in-form Spaniard will hope that his ball-striking qualities will prove to be a vital weapon at Crooked Stick. Dustin Johnson: In the opening two Fed-Ex Cup play-off tournaments he collected his first back-to-back top-10s on Tour since February. Phil Mickelson: Finished strongly in Boston where he carded the joint-lowest round of the final day - a 66 - en route to finishing in a tie-for-4th. Brandt Snedeker: Remains one of the Tour's in-form pros and certainly has the game and attitude to shine on tough layouts. Lee Westwood: Continues his preparations for this month's Ryder Cup and will relish the challenge of Crooked Stick.
