Crespi is playing on the full tour for the first time this season after finally winning his European Tour card in his 11th attempt at the Qualifying School in 2013.
Playing in just his 25th European Tour event, Crespi had five birdies and a pair of bogeys on the final day.
Chilean Felipe Aguilar and overnight leader Matthew Nixon from England finished three shots back.
Crespi stumbled with back-to-back bogeys on the 12th and 13th holes, but he responded with a birdie on the 14th before making par down the stretch to claim the inaugural title at the new event and the 100,000 Euros first prize.
"I started very well today," said Crespi. "I birdied the first and that gave me the confidence to go low. I just had to manage my pressure on the back nine."
Although Crespi has won twice on the second tier Challenge Tour, his previous best finish on the main Tour was fourth at the South African Open earlier this year.
