Victor Dubuisson: Tipped for a Ryder Cup place
European Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley expects Victor Dubuisson to secure a place in his team for this year's tournament in Gleneagles.
The Frenchman has been in fantastic form and claimed his first European Tour title with victory at the Turkish Airlines Open in November.
He has also looked impressive at this week's WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship in Arizona, defeating Kevin Streelman and Peter Hanson in his opening two matches.
McGinley admits he has been impressed by what he has seen and hopes to captain him in September.
"To all intents and purposes, it looks as though he will be a rookie in the Ryder Cup team this year with the points he has accumulated already," McGinley told Weekend Warm-Up.
"He is one of the hottest five golfers over the last five months. Every week he plays he appears to be in contention.
"He is a really good player and he would be good for the game.
"It would be nice to see him hopefully make the team."
