Nicolas Colsaerts: Champion in Spain earlier this year
The winner of next season's Volvo World Match Play Championship will receive 800,000 euros, while total prize fund for the event has risen to three million.
This represents a nine per-cent increase from the 2.75m euros on offer in 2012.
The tournament has moved location from Andalucia in Spain to a new venue in Bulgaria where Belgium's Nicolas Colsaerts will defend his trophy next May.
An elite field of 24 will take part with Colsaerts, Shane Lowry, Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose, Louis Oosthuizen and Peter Hanson already qualified for the tournament at the Black Sea resort of Thracian Cliffs.
Gary Player designed the course and it has been described as being the 'Pebble Beach of Europe'.
