Na Yeon Choi finished off the LPGA season in fine style with a two-shot victory at the CME Group Titleholders in Florida.
The Korean star won for the second time this year and her $500,000 cheque for first place took her close to the $2m mark in earnings to set a new career best.
Choi struggled throughout the front-nine with a double-bogey six at the third but she cancelled that mistake out with a priceless eagle at the long fifth.
A level-par front-nine was followed by a birdie at 12 and the tournament was all but over when she picked up another shot at the 16th.
"I'm really happy with how I played this season," Choi said. "I won my first major and even this tournament is very big for me. I think I can have even bigger expectations now and think I deserve it."
So Yeon Ryu, the tour's Rookie of the Year, matched Choi's round of 70 to take second place on her own on 12-under, one shot ahead of Brittany Lincicome with Karrie Webb a shot further back in fourth.
Karine Icher finished best of the European players in sixth with Spain's Azahara Munoz and Sweden's Anna Nordquist also inside the top 10.
Inbee Park locked up the money title and the Vare Trophy for lowest scoring average after finishing in a tie for 11th on six-under.
