Weekend winners Branden Grace and Ryan Moore have moved into the top 40 in the new world rankings.

South African Grace is up from 49th to 37th after making the Dunhill Links Championship his fifth victory of the season.

Victory in the previous week's Vodacom Origins of Golf Final on the South African Sunshine Tour had moved Grace into the top 50 and now his fourth European Tour success of 2012 has moved him up a further eight places.

Grace began 2012 in 271st place.

American Ryan Moore's win in the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas has lifted him from 44th to 39th.

Ryder Cup hero and former world number one Martin Kaymer remains outside the top 30 and actually slipped a spot to 33rd after finishing 34th in the Dunhill Links.
