Jules Bianchi will start working with a new race engineer from this weekend's Spanish GP following the arrival of Francesco Nenci from Sauber.
The French driver had been engineered by Paul Davison since joining the team at the start of 2013 but Nenci will take over following Davidson's promotion to Head of Vehicle Performance.
"Paul and Francesco will work together by way of a handover at the Spanish Grand Prix this weekend, after which Paul will be fully focused on his new role based at the Marussia Technical Centre in Banbury, UK," a Marussia statement read.
Bianchi has recorded 16th and 17th place finishes in the last two races after a non-classification and a retirement respectively at season's the opening two rounds.
Marussia sit ahead of rivals Caterham in tenth place in the Constructors' Championship courtesy of Max Chilton's pair of 13th-place finishes so far.
