Nico Hulkenberg, Robin Frijns and Kimiya Sato will run at the Young Driver Test at Silverstone next week, Sauber have announced.

In a split schedule, Hulkenberg's involvement will be restricted to Thursday afternoon after one-and-a-half's day running for Reserve Driver Frijns.

24-year-old charger Sato will get behind the wheel of the C32 for the first time on Friday, with Sauber also confirming they will run a 'new upgrade package' during the test.

Under the terms of the test, teams can only run new development parts when the rookies are on track. The participation of race drivers is restricted to testing the new range of Pirelli tyres introduced after the blowouts which marred last month's British GP.

Lotus also announced on Friday that Kimi Raikkonen will run at the test, although Mercedes remain banned due to their role in the 'testgate' saga.

Sauber test line-up:
Wednesday
- Robin Frijns
Thursday - Robin Frijns (morning), Nico Hulkenberg (afternoon)
Friday - Kimiya Sato.
